Does speaking on the telephone in English intimidate you?
Fear not! Learning telephone skills is easy.

Whether making or receiving the call,
the first rule is to speak clearly in a friendly tone of voice.
Also identify yourself right away.

If you are the caller, say who you want to speak to.
After reaching the person you want to talk with,
be prompt in stating why you called.
